Not'2Day Art - Custom Collection Terms of Service

Welcome to Not'2Day Art! These terms of service ("Terms") govern your engagement with our custom collection services.

By choosing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Collection Requests

1.1 Customers may either select pre-designed items from our catalog or design their own custom collection by paying a $100 deposit.

1.2 To initiate a custom collection request, customers must submit the provided form on the main page along with the required deposit.

2. Custom Collection Process

2.1 Upon submission and deposit, customers will receive an email confirmation with details of their custom collection within a reasonable time frame.

2.2 Customers will have exclusive access to their custom collection for a period of 7 days.

3. Privacy Options

3.1 During the 7-day exclusive access period, customers can

choose to keep their collection private or negotiate a price for public release.

3.2 If the customer does not choose to keep the collection private within the 7-day period, it will be added to the website for public purchase.

4. Existing Designs

4.1 Items already designed and available for purchase on the website are exempt from the custom collection process.

4.2 Existing designs remain copyrighted to the original artist. However, for custom designs, we reserve the right to make slight alterations to avoid identical replication.

5. Alterations to Custom Designs

5.1 Custom designs may be altered by Not'2Day Art to ensure they are not identical to existing designs.

6. Principal Artist

6.1 Not'2Day Art's principal artist is Charles Klein.

7. Deposit Refund Policy

7.1 The $100 deposit for custom collections is non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by Canadian laws and regulations
